About this house rental

Hillside Haven

Gorgeous, high-quality, new construction (2018). This fabulous home is located just 1/4 mile from downtown and river trails! The light and bright, open floor plan creates an inviting gathering space. The first level boasts a spacious open design including a upscale kitchen open to a spacious great room and dining room. Three bedrooms (two queen and one king) gives you plenty of room to enjoy a getaway with friends or family. The 4th bedroom can be used as a bedroom, den or office with a pull out sofa, and there is also a loft with another pull-out sofa. The office area makes the perfect work-at-home space with a Jarvis adjustable height sit/stand desk and a Capisco Ergonomic Desk Chair.

The long driveway provides plenty of parking and there is a heated garage with an EV charger for a small car or your toys. Please note that there is a tight entrance to garage - access is for small vehicles only. We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.
