On the Sierra Star Golf Course and close to Eagle Lodge, enjoy this beautifully renovated 4 bedrooms + den, 3 1/2 bathroom town home! This home has recently been updated with new flooring, new bathrooms and all new furniture. It offers a fully equipped and stocked, gourmet kitchen so you can prepare family meals like a pro, dining for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen island. Enjoy the large sectional couch to cozy up around the wood burning fireplace, or catch the game on the large new flatscreen Smart TV and DVD player. The master suite has a King bed with Twin rollaway with a large flatscreen Smart TV and gas fireplace. Enjoy the private en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, stand up shower and walk-in closet. This bedroom also offers a home office set up with desk area. The second master bedroom downstairs on the lower level features a King bed and Queen with a TV and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom on this lower level has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom features a bunk bed with queen on bottom, twin on top (note no closet), a perfect hideaway for the kids. This is a beautiful home, but we had received no communication about the home needing show shovelers for the roof (which resulted in them breaking a large window when snow fell) and some items weren't working like our microwave that was not fixed when we contacted the management. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Timbers #6 was a great gathering spot for our family's return to Mammoth after 2 years away from this most magical place due to COVID. The condo was lovely and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in comfort.
