The unit features one king-size bed, along with a convenient kitchenette. Thoughtful updates and an open layout create a relaxed coastal atmosphere, while the private balcony overlooking the Gulf of America offers the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the view.
SeaCrest Condominium is located directly on the white-sand beaches of Okaloosa Island, known for its emerald-green waters and scenic sunsets. Positioned on the quieter end of the island, the property overlooks Emerald Walk Park and provides convenient boardwalk access to the beach. Guests will appreciate the close proximity to water sports, fishing, golf courses, dining, shopping, and a variety of local attractions.
On-site amenities include an indoor/outdoor swimming pool that is heated during cooler months, a fitness room, and a family BBQ and picnic area, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and recreation.
As an added bonus, guests enjoy complimentary beach service from March 1 through November 1, which includes two beach chairs and one umbrella, allowing for a more comfortable and stress-free beach experience.

You must check-in at our office located at 895 Santa Rosa Blvd. Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. If you are arriving after 5 pm you will find an envelope with your information in your condo. Please call our office in advance for the door code. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in’s that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver’s license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in.

The view and room were great. The AC pumped strong the whole time and made sleeping wonderful after being out in the sun all day. Each morning we spent out on the balcony listening to the ocean while we had our coffee and it was perfect. Only minor thing was that the pictures showed a normal coffee pot, but when we got there it was a Keurig (we didn't bring pods needed for it). We are coffee people so that was mildly inconvenient. There are plenty of stores nearby though that made it easy enough to go get some. Other than this tiny thing, our stay was amazing!
