​​​​​​​LOCATION – Located off of Ski Hill Road on Christie Lane near Peak 8, it is approximately one block from the Free Ride Shuttle which takes you to town or the base of Peak 8 within minutes. Get to the lifts quickly or head to town where you can enjoy restaurants, bars, shops, and local festivities. The Breckenridge Nordic Center, with numerous groomed cross country and snowshoeing ski trails is an easy walk.

This was the perfect house for two adults and 6 teenagers. Three of the bedrooms were on the ground floor and the suite was on the top floor. Beautiful views. Very nice house and kitchen equipment and amenities were fantastic. Closer people to a bus stop but the bus system seemed a little unreliable

Lookout on Christie Lane was the perfect getaway for my birthday celebration with friends. Four couples fit comfortably with plenty of room to spare. The home is meticulously maintained with every amenity you could dream up. The views are breathtaking and the location of the home is very close to town and to the slopes. Pinnacle Lodging kept our itinerary extremely organized and we had the easiest time checking in and out of the property. We hope to bring our friends and family here for many years to come!

Overall was very good- great location, pretty well supplied, and was clean. Screen doors were a bit of a mess- master screen was shredded and didn't work. One of the extra bedrooms was presented as a queen bed- which it was not. There was one queen BR, not two, and one Full size BR so not good for a couple due to size. Back deck not as large as it appeared in pics but had a good view. A spiral staircase from deck to firepit could be an issue for some, but there was a safety gate at the top of the stairs. No AC- that is common I guess. Maybe a few larger fans would help a bit more with air circulation given the fact that summers are warmer now. Pretty easy walk to town, easy walk to a free shuttle which takes you all over. Rental company was responsive to issues.
