This family friendly condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. You will enjoy the beautiful waters and white sandy beaches from the gulf front balconies in the living room as well as the master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen opens up to the living and dining areas and the unit comes equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Resort style amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, small exercise room, sauna, tennis court, basketball and grilling area. Shoalwater is conveniently located to many shopping establishments, attractions, restaurants,10 first class golf courses and fishing in both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.

A few things could use some attention. The hot water in the front bathroom was lukewarm, garbage disposal did not work, water not draining in kitchen sink. No plug for master bath. All in all this did not alter our trip we had a great time. Property management was professional and helpful.

It was very clean but lacking in some utensils a condo for eight people did not have enough silverware had to buy some and buy some other utensils for the kitchen

We enjoyed our stay, and when we needed help with something they were on top of it! I even paid for an extra night because we enjoyed it so much!!!
