The actual booking experience with redawining was great and worry and hassle free. The property i stayed at called Holliday isle, the security guard at the guard shack could use some customer service training. He was rude and didn't seem to like his job. We pulled up with our papers from the office to get our gate codes and beach access code he wasnt friendly at all and didn't welcome us or speak to us. He just snatched the paper from my friends hand and handed is the papers with the codes. Didnt welcome us there or thank us or anything. The office staff was nice and friendly and allowed us to check in early. The condos could use some work on the outside, lots of rust but with them being right on the water it might be hard to maintain the outside appearance but the inside was beautiful! Also during our stay maintenance came in while we were gone to fix the sofa sleeper that I guess was reported by a previous renter. No one told us they were coming in so when we got back we thought someone had broken in while we were out because they didn't fold the bed back in and left the cushions off and on the floor and we knew we didn't leave it like that. So we was scared to go inside and called the property manager who didn't know was in there either. She made some calls and then called me back an apologized and told me it was maintenance. But other than that and the rude security officer we enjoyed our stay
