Located in the exclusive Broken Top Club, Villa #5 is a convenient, yet luxurious, location on Bend's Westside. This two-bedroom condo features two King Master Bedrooms, a hot tub on the large deck and a gas fireplace. Villa #5 is only minutes from shopping and dining in both Downtown Bend and the Old Mill District, as well as Century Drive, which is the local, two-lane highway that takes you directly to Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort!
Villa #5 is perfect for one or two couples who want a quiet, yet refined, getaway to Bend!
We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.
Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.
STR guests staying in Broken Top, DO NOT have privileges to use the pool, pickleball ball courts, workout facilities in the clubhouse, dine in the club, or golf.
