Looking for the perfect escape? Look no further! This cozy cottage/house combo can accommodate up to 16 guests on over 3 acres, and has stunning views of Canyon Lake! Over 400 feet of waterfront! Spend your afternoons on the spacious porch with roll down solar shades and let your cares float away. Take an easy walk down to the water for a dip. You can also tie up a boat or tubes to the trees on the water's edge. This home/cottage combo is ideal for family gathering or any group looking to have a wonderful time on the picturesque shores. The big house can accommodate 10 guests. The cottage can accommodate 6 guests. Together, this property is going to sleep 16 people. Bring an air mattress for 2 more guests. No parties allowed, this is a residential area. This home has a maximum occupancy of 16 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You are allowed 10 vehicles max.

The main house has a cozy living room where you will be greeted with stunning views of the lake. It is a great place to relax after a long day on the water! The open dining room and kitchen also offer another opportunity to soak in the scenery! There is a second dining space as well with a full size sofa sleeper (best for the little ones). In the second dining space the owners have added a Galaga arcade game. Right off the kitchen there is a 'mud room' with a washer and dryer, as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a King size bed and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. A private balcony, off the master suite, is perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the magnificent sites. The second bedroom has a modern Queen size water bed and a twin size bed as well. The third bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed. There is a guest bathroom located conveniently to the second and third bedroom. All bedrooms have a lake view. The charming cottage next door is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with all 3 queen beds located in the upstairs loft. The cozy kitchen and living room offer a nice spot to relax, and the bathroom is located conveniently downstairs.

This rental is perfect for groups that are wanting to get away from the rowdy crowds as it is in a residential area. You can relax at the lake while still being close to great tubing excursions and other area attractions! This home can accommodate 16 guests. There are beds for 16 guests, however you are welcome to bring air mattresses for 2 additional guests max. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed.

This house/cottage combo is a 10 minute drive to tube the Guadalupe River at Sattler and 15-20 away from Historic Gruene, the famous Gristmill restaurant and Schlitterbahn water park. If you're looking for a good tube outfitter, check out Shanty Tubes which is only about 7 miles from the house! Cranes Mill Marina is located only 8.6 miles from the house. No pets allowed. This home includes accidental damage protection up to $3000. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
