Chateau Blanc 25 Cozy with Gorgeous Mountain Views, On the Shuttle Route,
This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located in the ideal friendly family spot! Just 100 yards from the Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables or large grassy area or enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice that offers a host of activities and year-round recreation opportunities. Just a short walk across the street and you are at Vons, shops, restaurants, and the movie theatre! The Chateau Blanc complex also offers a large outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Everything you need to keep your little ones entertained. Inside the unit features floor to ceiling windows, wood-burning stove and vaulted ceilings. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals. The living room features a comfortable large sectional and large flat screen TV with DVD player, complimentary WiFi, and unobstructed views of the Sherwin mountains. The upper deck also offers a place to soak up the mountain views, enjoy the outdoor seating. The master bedroom has a queen bed. There is a home office space with workspace so you can work/school remotely. The second bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed with Smart TV, with the third bedroom featuring three twin beds, Smart TV. This condo sleeps a maximum of 7 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are no stairs to this unit, two levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. The Mammoth Rec Zone offers EV charging stations, and access to walking / biking paths around town. The red line shuttle runs on Chateau Road offering free shuttle access around town. We had a great time at this rental! The view of the mountains are great, lots of space for the 8 of us. My only concern is that the water tank is small so we had to take quick hot showers or waited in between. But overall a good stay for a big group. Close to everything and easily accessible.

Make sure the rooms are detailed about what is there. I assumed all three bedrooms had a queen.

Location was very good, close to Von's centrally located, odd layout with living room, kitchen upstairs was disappointed in the large 8-10 inch stain on the living room carpet. property quite dated the seat cushions on the kitchen table were torn and old and was not informed there was NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! Yes I'm aware it's cooler up there but it was hot during the day. Need to provide more bath towels. It was fairly reasonable but a little underwhelming
