We love this place because it is close to town yet far enough away to have wildlife and that great piney smell. Everyone has a great bedroom and bath and a wonderful common gathering room.

Wow! What a beautiful home, We are seasoned travelers who rent homes all over the world. We came to Breck, because my son lives in Denver and we wanted to get up to the mountains. This was one of the cleanest homes we’ve rented the home is furnished with high quality furniture, located in a nice neighborhood, if you are heading to this area this is the home for you!

Total of 9 people stayed 5 nights. Plenty of room for all. This was a ski vacation. Place was updated and very clean. Would stay again. 2 issues we had: The shuttle was always booked so we could only use it once. And the driveway was very icy and we got stuck so we had to park in the road at the top of the driveway.
