Situated in River Run Village, this rare three bedroom, newly remodeled condominium is only a 2 minute walk to the gondola and has great amenities! With both west and south facing large windows, this second floor corner unit gets ample natural lights and has great views of the surrounding mountains and ski slopes! The living room features a large, inviting L-shaped couch, flat screen TV, and a beautiful, stone fireplace. Just off of your living room space, a sliding glass door opens to the fresh mountain air of your private, sunny patio, overlooking the slopes and mountains to the west. The patio has a cocktail table so you can soak in the sunset mountain views. Adjoining the living and dining space, you’ll find the dedicated and generous kitchen, with ample countertop space. The kitchen also is equipped with all brand new stainless steel appliances! Smaller tangible necessities like your morning coffee-maker and slow-cook crockpot will make your long ski days even more convenient to enjoy. For larger families, the long dining table, with dual, removable end-leafs can comfortably accommodate 10 people. Also off of the main living area, you’ll enjoy the convenience of your own private stacked washer and dryer and an alcove to hang your snow gear.

The primary bedroom, with west-facing views of Buffalo Mountain, boasts a king bed, a flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and a full bathroom, including a dual-sink vanity, combination shower/jacuzzi tub, and enclosed water closet. The second primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, plentiful closet space, and a full bathroom with dual-sink vanity, and an enclosed toilet and stall shower. The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunkbed with twin trundle, a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space as well. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.

Expedition Station is an amenity rich building. Inside on the the lobby level you’ll find a massive, beautiful stone fireplace setting with cozy seating arrangements. There is an adjacent entertainment alcove with large wall-mounted, flat-screen TV and a handsomely rugged billiards table for all to enjoy. Rejuvenate in the year-round outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub just outside the main lobby. Steps down the hall you’ll have key-card access to a plentiful exercise room, with weight and cardio machines, as well as the adjacent steam room. You’ll also have a private ski-locker just steps from the front door of the building and a heated, underground parking garage. Directly out the front doors of Expedition Station is Dercum Square’s quaint outdoor skating rink (mini-golf in the summer-time), and of course you’re just a 2-3 minute walk to all of the inner-village activities, shopping and dining of River Run Village and the River Run Gondola.

Other helpful amenities found in the condo include: 3 cool-mist humidifiers, hair dryer in each bathroom, lockable safe, and keycard entry, and 2 small fans.

Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

We provide more parking than the listing states. There is no additional free parking at Keystone Resort. Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots. Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well.
Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
