Ratings and reviews
1. that our downstairs neighbors complained about noise and we felt we were relatively quiet so there may be some flooring issues to address.
2. The kitchen needs a few more large-group pots, pans, etc.
3. Need a few more bus parking spaces beside the condo. Three different groups each had large buses and multiple vans, cars.
When we arrived we did not have cable TV and we were told that Comcast had an outage that would not be resolved for a few days. Even though the fault was not with Eden Crest or its management, they compensated us by arranging for a free dinner at a local family style restaurant at a cost of nearly $300 - you can't beat that for customer service!
The rooms were immaculately clean and well kept with plenty of sheets and towels available.
We will use these same facilities in the future, and I would recommend the same to anyone who asks.
