Spacious two bedroom, two bath units with limited ocean and bay views from private balconies. Each unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, central air, wet bar, and washer and dryer. Building amenities include an elevator with handicap ramp, outdoor pool and parking for two cars. Conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, tennis courts and more! Enjoy this great building close to the oceanfront at oceanside prices.Some units are NON-SMOKING. Most parking is located under the building. The parking spaces under the building have a seven foot height restriction. There area a limited number of spaces without height restrictions.
