Carpeting into main bathroom and 2nd bedroom is worn and pulling away from floor. Tack strips showing entering main bathroom. Mattresses are in very good condition looking almost brand new. Master bathroom shower could use some kind of strip on bottom of shower door as water runs out when taking a shower. Could cause issues if floor continues to get wet. Furniture could be updated. Sofa was torn and very worn.
