Great location, quiet, friendly neighbours, great facilities, Large and well appointed kitchen/ living area with easily accessed outdoor decks for family/ group gathering.
The main bedroom (with ensuite) bed was great; However the other bedroom double bunk bed with single over were uncomfortable. We could not sleep with two in the double as the metal spring base wallowed and the mattress was so thin could feel all the metal springs in your back. These bedrooms are perfect so suggest to owners look to replace the double bunk beds with good double beds.

Walking distance to the beach and easy drive to all the great places in Golden Bay. Very comfortable house for a family of 7 with plenty of space, bedrooms, and beds.
