Villa Ilaria

Tutto eccezionale. Dai proprietari alla villa super curata in ogni suo minimo dettaglio. Cucina attrezzata, giardino e piscina stupendi. Abbiamo trovato perfino delle biciclette per raggiungere il mare.

Modern, rather new villa with 3 bedrooms each having an individual bathroom. Spacious dining/living room area with a well equipped kitchen. Very clean and nice pool with sea water. Well maintained outdoor area. Huge terrace with a shade with a glimpse of the sea. The host Ilaria responded quickly to our questions or needs. She even offered us a car rental service and pick up from and drop off to the Bari airport. We (4 adults and a child) got a brand new car. The villa is situated ideally to explore the area- Alberobello is 20min away, zoosafari 10min away, Monopoli 9km away, supermarket 10min away.

Villa is on the road leading to Capitolo and the road is rather busy all the time. The bedrooms are on the -1 floor and have just a small window- it makes them cool and quiet. The villa 1km away from the beach but it is not reachable on foot (at least not with the kid) as you have to walk the main road with no sidewalks so we usually took the car. The sliding doors of the rooms tend to get locked, the host wasn’t surprised with the situation and told us to use 2€ coin and a fork to open them. We stayed 11 nights and one morning woke up to no water in the house, again the problem was not a surprise to the host, a car to fill the tank came in 2hours. A crazy neighbor started drilling work at 6 am on Sunday morning 🤷‍♀️ when we didn’t manage to agree with him to stop (kid and elderly were sleeping), I contacted the landlady to inform about the situation- I was told to call the police myself as she didn’t want to get into a fight with the neighbor 🤪
