It is spacious but there were only 2 of us. Private parking. Close to old town.

You need to pick up key at office and drive to property. It is contactless procedure which makes it a bit challenging. Same on way out. Doors have no numbers so impossible to figure out where you supposed to go. But if we figured it out, you will as well. It makes it more adventurous.

The place is beautiful, it was a very central, the location includes parking within the property and it’s super spacious.

When we arrived, literally after parking and while unloading the car. We encounter a really unpleasant situation with the neighbors of the property. They were mad and yelling at us because whoever stayed before didn’t know the trash disposal rules of the island (which are very strict) so if you can’t understand them, or want to avoid a huge drama with a “fine” - better stay at a hotel. Also, another topic with the parking which doesn’t have clear “parking lines and are super blurred” the neighbor just continued on screaming at us and holding our luggage until he could finished talking. Maybe try aligning with the neighbors of the property better. This really made the start of our relaxing time way more difficult and extremely harsh.

Zentrale Lage mit Stellplatz für Auto ist optimal. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Bequeme (harte) Betten. Tipp: Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine gleichzeitig laufen lassen geht nicht. Der Schütz fliegt raus.

Dunkles Badezimmer. Wenig Licht auch am Spiegel. Die Pfannen der Küche dürften gerne erneuert werden.

La struttura è facilmente e velocemente raggiungibile a piedi e in auto (grazie alle indicazioni fornite dal personale). Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e il parcheggio interno è senza dubbio una comodità. L’appartamento è luminoso nel salone ed è fornito di diversi gli elettrodomestici (macchina del caffè, lavatrice, lavastoviglie). La cucina ha molteplici utensili. Il terrazzino coperto risulta essere davvero accogliente. Il Wi-Fi funziona perfettamente.

Il processo di check-in non è del tutto intuitivo, soprattutto la versione mobile, e questo potrebbe rendere più complicata la vita di persone un po’ meno digitalizzate. A mio avviso, per permanenze più lunghe di 3 giorni, come nel nostro caso, potrebbe essere fornito sapone per i piatti (non solo una bustina monouso)/ lavastoviglie/ lavatrice, e magari qualche capsula del caffè, zucchero, sale.. Non c’erano neanche strofinacci o una pezza per pulire il piano cottura (dopo la mia richiesta ci sono stati forniti prontamente). Le stanze da letto sono un po’ buie (magari potrebbe essere aggiunto del tendaggio per poter tenere le persiane aperte). Infine suggerisco di aggiungere qualche copri divano visto che l’utilizzo da parte degli ospiti ne ha ridotto l’igiene.
