The whole process from booking to arrival was wonderfully easy. After a relatively long drive from the Bay Area, it was so nice to arrive to a clean, comfortable home. Everything in the unit worked well. Although we had to cut our stay short for an emergency, we were very happy during the two nights that we stayed.
The only thing we didn't like was the fact that the $50 charge to enter the gated community was not specified in the price. I was not surprised because I noticed another reviewer mention this. This should be made more transparent.

We loved this place! The furniture was very comfortable and it is decorated beautifully! The kitchen is very well stocked. Everything was top notch!
The $50 gate fee for the gated community came as a surprise with the check in instructions and was not on the original booking confirmation itemized price list.

Great location, nice patio area, and plenty to do around the area. Some condiments, coffee, creamer, and even popcorn were available, which the kids enjoyed.
Overall not much. If you’re being picky then updating the unit is the obvious answer, but it wasn’t an issue for us nor does it make it any less enjoyable to be there

The condo was in a quiet location with close proximity to a grocery store.
The living area and kitchen was ok however the rest of the place needed to be updated. ( bathrooms, carpeting) There were cobwebs all over inside and out and the patio was covered in leaves and debris.
