The staff were all wonderful & very helpful.
The rooms are bright and clean, the cleaners were in every day. The spa was beautiful and the views from the rooftop pool area are stunning, the evening entertainment was excellent.
Happy hour €5 cocktails were fab and the food in the restaurant is really reasonably priced.
The location is excellent with bars and other restaurants nearby.

They changed my mattress after I slept the first night on a slant with springs in my back.
Housekeeping constantly waking you up. There are no toiletries at all, just hand and body wash. No hairdryer either, you have to call to get one. Not really what I would call 4 star.
