Avon Studios near City Centre, Riverside location

L'emplacement est bien. On est vite au centre de Bath. Le studio est équipé comme il se doit.

Ce n'était pas très propre, surtout les toilettes. Il y faisait très chaud, pas d'air conditionné, sous les toits et pas aéré avant que j'arrive donc il y faisait très très chaud.

Well equipped room fairly near the city centre.

Check in was really easy, the room was just as advertised and well presented. Lots of natural light from the big windows and the location was easy to get to and very pleasant. Nice quiet area and good local facilities.

We were only left enough plates and cups for one person which was limiting at times, although we didn't get two lots of towels and soaps which was good. Also only having one fob was quite restrictive considering how many doors required this. The hosts were not easy to reach at the start through the booking dot com email setup but were extremely helpful on the phone.

The place was close to the city centre and other tourists attraction, it made it easy for me and my husband to move around without using public transport. The place is also neat and have some nice entertainment such as the pool table

The online staff/customer service On the message I asked multiple times which documents would have been ideal to use as ID. I asked if a provisional DL would have been fine as I didn't want to go around with my passport, and all the responses received, were not asnwering the specific question asked When we arrived at the facility we couldn't understand exactly there the boxes with the key were stored. When I try to message the online staff clearly explaining the need, the response was "how can I help you?" ...that was an odd response to receive since the previous message I sent already explained the needed No one was there to attend us (Sunday but the booking states that the check-in was from 4pm, we assume someone would have been there) and we try to call the number available in the booking but no response. On the online booking for the check-in we received the code for the key but no information was given for the room number in which we were supposed to be (this was the first time, we experienced this) We then look at the telephone number in display in the facility to see if you could find help in that way. After 30 min we managed to get inside the room. A lot of responses received on the online booking, did seem to be automated, which does not help in situation like this (if this was the case).
