Swan Lake - Design apartment facing Lake Annecy

We stayed here from 25 May to 28 May as a group of four girls and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for all of us, with a beautiful location near Lake Annecy. The host was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and she even helped us park in the private parking area. Bed linen and towels were provided, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to the lake and surrounding attractions.

There were a few minor cleanliness issues that could be improved, but nothing that significantly affected our stay. Overall, it was not a major concern.

Revers de la médaille de cette proximité: l’avenue d’Albigny est très passante .. Cependant les chambres donnant à l’arrière, on a pas du tout été gênée dans notre sommeil

Un très bon accueil. Latifa est une personne bienveillante, disponible et très agréable. L'appartement est bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied. Nous reviendrons sans soucis. Merci beaucoup

De locatie.

Het bleek geen rolstoeltoegankelijke accommodatie te zijn, terwijl expliciet op de site van booking.com stond dat dit wel rolstoeltoegankelijk was! Dit kan niet. Bij beide buitendeuren moesten een paar traptreden worden beklommen en het balkon had een drempel van 5 cm. Toilet was met een rolstoel ook niet bereikbaar. Er was inderdaad geen airco, maar die was met 35 graden Celsius echt nodig. De blazers bliezen de hete lucht wel rond, maar koelden niet. Er bleken twee soorten pannen te zijn, wat niet was verteld. Hierdoor lukte het niet direct om eten te koken (inductie). Het wasrek was gebroken. Direct gemeld bij Latifa, die ons een nieuwe had beloofd, maar nooit heeft gebracht.
