Nice and clean, airconditioned house with small terras in front with a great seaview. Ideal spot to enjoy your breakfast in the morning or sip a glass of wine in the evening. The very friendly hosts work next door in the Welness area where you can book free 'Nordic circle' sessions with them any time you like, even outside the regular opening days as long as it fits in with other customers. I can certainly recommend you to enjoy an additional full body massage treatment with Stevan if you like a bit of me-time (which was even rated at a 10% discount because we were guests). In the mean-time Bruna was so nice to entertain the boys with an extra surprise which is very typical for their thoughtfull, enthousiastic and immer friendly mindset! There is a very convenient parking spot at the back from where a short path leads up to the side entrance of the house. As we were having our bikes on the car it was very handy to have a large parking spot away from the main street available every day (maybe just look out for when Rijeka football team plays at home, that was the only time the parking was full as the stadion is quite close). There is a busstop right in front of the house with very regular busses which can take you in a few minutes to the city center at the seaside. If you want to return late or don't want to wait for the bus, a taxi in the evening back from the city did only cost us 6€. Also just across the door there is a small local shop where you can find food and drinks and fresh bread every morning, it was open from early morning to 8 pm every day except Sunday so you don't need to bother going to supermarkets because you just need something small. The hosts are very available via Whatsapp but as they work there you can also just knock on their door for any question. So really a very convenient location to be to get to know the Istria area with a quiet, relaxing environment in the evening and great seaviews in the morning on top!

The wifi is rather slow but the network is on many locations not very stable.

Lovely holiday home with sea views. A bit far from the sea, but this is not a problem as there is a bus stop near the house. It is very nice to have dinner at a table in a small garden and look at the sea. Very nice owners who are always ready to help you or answer your questions. It was a very good holiday.

The host is fantastic and very helpful, great integration of history building and new facilities, really convenient place for children, enough space and great terrace, close small shop if you need something urgently.

you need a car or take transport to go to the sea

Very beautiful sea on the beach near - cca 7 -10 min by car. We had all holyday house for us. Market 25 m of holyday house. Great wellnes free for us. Wonderful owners of holiday house, very kind young people. We didn´t meet so nice owners of apartman. We got the bottle of wine like welcome, and watermelon . And our pets were welcome too. This is very important for us! I hope, we will come again to this great holyday house!!!
