nice apartment, modern, location though a bit remote

modern, everything was there, enough space even with ski equipment, can definitely recommend

Cute apartment, very neat and nicely finished/furnished. Close to a convenient grocery store and excellent bakery.

(1) There was only one roll of toilet paper. For an apartment at this price (around 650 Euros), 3 nights for 4 people, it was really not acceptable to just have one roll of toilet paper. (2) In the washing machine, there was a dirty rag that had been used for cleaning. The washing machine was closed and it smelled very unpleasant when we opened it. (3) Parking: Two problems here. (a) The listing says that there is a parking spot associated with the apartment. This isn't quite true. There are three spots in front of the building, two are marked "PRIVAT" and the third one is not marked. It was totally unclear to us which one corresponded to the apartment we rented. So, once, we parked in one of the "privat" spots because it just was easier to get into that spot. The neighbor in the building was absolutely furious because this was his spot. I quote what his wife screamed to my children: "In your country, do you know the meaning of the word "privat"?". We were also aggressively berated later on when we returned to the apartment (after our very upset children called us by phone). They were extremely rude and unpleasant. Apparently the two "privat" marked spots are for building residents and the spot that is not marked is for those who stay in the "Vinschgau" apartment. How can we know this? PLEASE just put a sign that makes it clear where we should park! Or just put instructions in the apartment. This altercation completely ruined our stay. (b) The other problem is that the parking lot is behind a wall and the three very narrow spots are behind that wall. Good luck parking there, unless everyone has a FIAT500. You just CANNOT physically fit three cars in those spaces. In addition, there was a worker's truck parked there at one point.The village has really no other parking possibilities (very narrow streets and barely any on-street parking) so you need a parking if you stay at this apartment.

Leuk appartement op zeer drukke locatie.

Het appartement was goed en volledig ingericht.

Het lawaai en de stank van het voorbij razende verkeer. Het appartement ligt in een leuk dorpje maar aan de doorgaande weg richting Zwitserland en verschillende passen. Van 's ochtends vroeg tot in de avond reden er motoren en sportauto's tot aan vrachtverkeer voorbij. Het appartementsgebouw en het balkon liggen pal aan de weg. Bij aankomst bleek ook dat er naast het appartement gebouwd werd dus keek je vanaf je balkon op een bouwput. Parkeren kan alleen op het parkeerdek. Zodra je je auto op een vrije parkeerplek (dus niet privat plek) zet om even uit te laden komt de buurvrouw al klagen.

Perfektně zařízený apartmán. Majitelé mysleli na všechny maličkosti

Trochu nám vadilo umístění apartmánu hned nad úzkou silnicí, kde byl silný provoz. Okna ale velmi dobře těsnila. Jen jsme nemohli moc větrat kvůli smradu z aut a hluku. A vedle probíhaly stavební práce.

CARINO MA ...

Posizione strategica e comoda per quello che dovevamo fare noi, ambiente pulito e spazio giusto. Tutto moderno e con arredamento nuovo.

Siamo rimasti molto delusi dall'assistenza che ci hanno dato. Abbiamo riscontrato un problema con il frigo e nessuno ci ha richiamato o sistemato, per fortuna il nostro soggiorno è stato breve perchè altrimenti sarebbe potuto essere un problema. Il frigo non si chiudeva e non freddavano i prodotti, infatti abbiamo dovuto buttare via diversa roba il giorno seguente perchè andata a male. Ho provato a chiamare il numero di telefono ma rispondevano solo in inglese o in tedesco, cosi mi è stato anche detto tramite messaggio su booking. Ho provato a rimanere in contatto tramite i messaggi ma la risposta arrivava sempre dopo ore e senza nessuna risoluzione di problema. Inoltre ho richiesto piu volte di chiamarmi al numero che gli avevo invitato ma non mi è stata data nessuna considerazione. Peccato perché poteva meritarsi più punti per il resto.

Die Fußbodenheizung kommt erst etwas zögerlich auf Touren. Vielleicht kann man diese etwas früher auf Raumtemperatur bringen, wenn Gäste einreisen
