Great localisation - out of the city but still possible to go by foot to beach or markets. Orientation of Villa - pool was hole day in sunny side, terrace was build that you can choose stay on sun or hide in shadow still observing your kids playing in pool. Area outside where you can Just sit, drink wine, taking great views and listen to nature - not cars or city noise. Perfect contact with owner.

Not every bedroom have AC. Stairs may be challanging for People with even small movement dissabilities so you have to keep in mind that downstairs is only one double bedroom.

En famille nous avons passé de très beaux moments dans la villa, Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Ûn petit panier de produits locaux est offert à l'arrivée. La piscine est superbe surtout la nuit avec ses belles lumières. On se sent a la maison, c'est chaleureux. L'emplacement est au calme vue sur les monts d'oliviers et la mer, pas de nuisance sonores. Un petit supermarché de quartier se trouve proche. Parfait pour une semaine de détente, relativement proche de Heraklion, des plages et de la grotte de Zeus, bonheur! On a adoré les escaliers atypique qui montent à l'étage:-) . Les chambres sont spacieuses avec des toilettes adjacentes. On recommande sans hesitations pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis a la recherche de calme dans un cadre emblématique de la Crête. EFCHARISTO

The location is perfect: very private and quiet, with stunning views all around (mountains behind, sea in front and surrounded by olive groves). We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the comfortable balcony. The decked pool area below is generously sized. A short drive to Agia Pelagia with beautiful beach and plenty of options to eat out. Only 20 minutes drive from Heraklion airport. Well provisioned mini supermarket in walking distance (steep hills).

There was nothing we didn’t like. The property was enough for us as a family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers). Just a few things to know: The upstairs bedrooms are accessed by a narrow winding staircase and one bedroom is off another - not a problem for our teenagers. The kitchen is basic but is plenty enough for hot weather catering and we ate out most evenings. We hired a car for the week and would say this was essential. The property was one of very few available to us within our budget range for our needs. So, whilst there may be others with even better facilities, we would have needed to pay more -I feel we got what we paid for in comparison.
