LOCAL GEM! Very quiet. Great soundproofing for the rooms. Perfect bed firmness, extremely clean rooms & building in general, large TV, mini fridge in room; for a two star hotel, youre getting five star quality all the way around. I travel for business often and corporate usually sticks is in Hilton brand or Marriot brand hotels.. Let me tell you, this is way more comfortable and quiet than 99% of the big chain hotels I've been to.
The surrounding neighborhood isnt the greatest and the entrance is in a weird spot, but dont let that deter you! You are also close to public transit stops and the busses run frequently so you dont have to worry about getting to where you need to go. If I ever need a hotel out by JFK again, I will gladly rebook here.

The guest itself are too noisy , they play loud music, watch tv
And most of the guest are black people , who cannot understand , Respect. They dont care.

The place decor and designs are beautiful. However, the sheets had burns on them and so did the floor from people smoking even though i asked for a non smoking room. It smelled like weed and cigarettes. There was people being rowdy and didn’t even let me and my family sleep cause at 7am there was an argument and a whole show with two ladies over a man and we could not sleep. The ait conditioner did not work because no matter that we had it on all day and night, the room was super hot. My 1 year old was sweating A LOT. The hot temperature did not help us sleep well either. I would not stay here again.
