Lokalizacja obiektu super. Przy promenadzie, wszędzie blisko. Firma wynajmująca jeżeli chodzi o obsługę klienta, też bardzo pozytywnie. Miło, sprawnie i pomocnie. Dostępny parking (dodatkowo płatny) dzięki czemu nie trzeba szukać miejsca na ulicy.

Z zewnątrz budynek ok, natomiast w środku nie robi najlepszego wrażenia. Zasadniczo bałagan, wszędzie porozstawiane wózki pań sprzątających i to nie tylko podczas sprzątania, tylko cały dzień. Obiekt swój okres świetności ma już za sobą. Apartament też wymaga już odświeżenia i napraw (pojemnik na mydło w kabinie urwany, kanapa w salonie uszkodzona, umywalka zatkana, kiepskie poduszki- zniknęło w nich wypełnienie :), ręczniki też wyglądały jak niedoprane. W tej samej firmie wynajmowałem kiedyś inny apartament i tamten był 10/10.

Lokalita

Nepřehledné informace pro ubytování. Parkování na ulici za opravdu nemalý poplatek, není uvedeno při rezervaci, kdyby bylo určitě bych se neubytoval. Snídaně v jiné budově taky neuvedeno. Pobytová daň požadovaná při ubytování i když byla potvrzena v ceně pobytu. A nakonec matrace v manželské posteli byla ta nejhorší kterou jsem doposud zažil.

Lage und Ausstattung sind sehr gut, Parklatz gegen Gebühr ebenfalls sehr gut.

Das Bett ist viel zu weich, Matratzen tausch erforderlich. Die Eckcouch ist in die Jahre gekommen sollte gereinigt bzw. getauscht werden.

I've been going to Świnoujście for years now (maybe 8 or 9 times?) and have had mixed experiences with both bed & breakfasts and private apartments. This one was wonderful. The location cannot be beat (you're on the promenade), the room itself was open and very spacious, everything was well stocked regarding dishware etc. and things were also very clean (that's not always the case in my experience). The receptionists were also friendly and helpful. You can also book a good massage next door (I can still feel it). Just ask the receptionist. Balconies are a must-have in general and this one was fine, facing the back end: You don't have direct views of the promenade but then you have less noise from musicians and passing cars / buses (the seagulls make more noise) and you also get sunlight from mid morning until sunset.

The bed was too soft for my liking. I thought I was going to sink to the floor the first time I sat on it. I ended up using the pullout couch, which had a firmer mattress and was perfect. There was plenty of extra bedding and sheets, so setting it up wasn't a problem at all. It would be nice to have a small electronic SAFE in the room. I don't like having to take everything with me when going to the beach (passport, tablet, credit cards etc). I didn't necessarily worry about security, but still you have to think of these things.
