Great value

Super clean, comfortable, spacious and sunny. Such a lovely view and away from the crowds.

Lack of path to get to town on foot but it's still a short walk but on the side of the main road, which can be a bit tricky at night. Wifi issues were the main concern though.

Location isn't great without a vehicle

It's spacious and aesthetically pleasant, but needs some adjustments. Supermarket 5 minutes walk which was great.

*Cleanliness - Ants crawling on the counter - we came back from the market and put our pastries/food on the counter, and in minutes, there was a bunch of ants crawling all over and into our pastries. I contacted the host and asked if we could move into another room, but he told me that ants are normal in the country area and left bug spray. To us, it defeated having a kitchen, and we weren't comfortable spraying bug spray on a counter where we were going to prep food on. So, we ended throwing out the pastries. Sidenote, our room was on the 3rd floor - it wasn't ground level. *Air conditioning- Our second night, it was really hot when we got back from our tour, so we turned off the ac and turned it back on after 5 minutes. It was still warm but a little bit better. I woke up around 2 am, and it was so hot in the room. I turned off the ac again, but it didn't help. We had to open the balcony doors (which let a bunch of mosquitoes inside) to be able to sleep. We left instead of staying the 3rd night and got another room that was 25$ more CAD in old Town Zadar with a sea view. *Communication - When I messaged the host about the ants, it took almost 24hours for him to get back to us which to us is unacceptable. He responded a bit faster when I messaged about the air conditioning. *Location - if you are not traveling with a vehicle, I wouldn't stay here as we ended up taking ubers into Zadar for the tours we went on.

Very good

As for me, too far from beaches. I used car to get there. And lot of noise from the street. Huge traffic on this street all day and night. But apartment...really relaxing, comfortable, clean.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr schön groß und es gab alles, was man für ein paar Tage Urlaub brauchte. Die Küche (Sitzbereich) war allerdings recht klein Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein Supermarkt liegt fast direkt nebenan.

Das Internet war nur in einem Raum gut, sonst eher schlecht. Der Kühlschrank war sehr alt und dreckig und hatte nur eine Ablagefläche.
