Great location and friendly staff ☺️

It was close to my friend's house, and it was quiet. It was very clean. I had no trouble getting the keys (although the unit number in the ad was wrong) or leaving. When I reported an issue, with the safe and the fan Cristian met me promptly (but the safe doesn't work and the fan should be fixed with a longer pull cord - one shouldn't have the climb on a chair).

I had to ask for the toaster to be brought. The refrigerator leaked. The mattress and pillows should be replaced (and maybe add a couple pillows). See above (safe and fan). The tumble dryer was broken, and the drying rack was shared (never available - maybe get one for the unit). The front door was often unlocked (other visitors said their key didn't work so they left it unlocked). The motion sensitive front gate light was off for several days. When I first arrived, the place was musty and had a bad odor. In the future maybe someone can go early to turn on the fan and air it out. I brought an extra fan and an air freshener. I pointed out that the smaller lamp's shade was very broken when I arrived. The TV could use a couple more channels (and maybe there could be a channel guide).
