Friendly hostess, (very) comfortable and practical house, located in a quite surrounding. We were a group of 8, mixed generations, from age 12 to age 78. Most of the time, we walked to the beach. From the house, it took us about 15 minutes to reach the tram station (Bredene Hippodroom) and 5 minutes more to the beach (Hippobeach in Bredene). Easy walking. For my mom, we rented a bicycle so that she could join us at the beach whenever she felt like doing so.
Everything was fine. During our stay, the weather was on the cooler side (19 - 25 degrees Celsius) but we were never cold in the house.

Veel ruimte, de wijk was rustig en de speelfaciliteiten voor onze kleine kleinkinderen zijn zeer gewaardeerd.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Strand wäre fußläufig zu erreichen, war uns aber mit Baby und Kleinkind zu weit. Mit dem Auto sind es 2-3 Minuten. Man bekommt gut einen Parkplatz. Das Klettergerüst im Garten ist toll!! Die Nachbarn in der Doppelhaushälfte sind quasi nicht zu hören.
Der Putz im GästeWC und an einer Wand im Wohnzimmer bröckelt etwas ab, an den Fußleisten und sollte erneuert werden. Es gibt keinen richtigen Backofen bzw. ist es ein Mix-Gerät. Für 5 Personen kann man da drin keine Ofengerichte (jedenfalls nicht zeitgleich) zubereiten. Die Treppe ist recht steil (ist aber in Belgien und Niederlande Standart)
