Huoneosto on hyvällä paikalla puiston reunassa. Avaimet saimme vaivattomasti omistajalta sovittuna aikana. Yhteydenpito oli sujuvaa ja nopeaa ennen majoitusta. Parkkipaikka oli mukava plussa, samoin kuin hiljainen talo.

Õhksoojuspump oli tööle pandud enne saabumist. Võtmete üleandmine läks edukalt. Köögivahendid olid olemas.
Wifi millegipärast ei toiminud ja pidin oma mobiilset võrku kasutama, et tööd teha. Monitor oli, aga digiboksi mitte, nii et televiisorit ei saanud vaadata. Õhksoojuspumba tolmufiltrid olid teab mis ajast puhastamata. Puhastasin ise ära. Tolmu asemel olid need kaetud lausa vildi kihiga. Peale puhastamist hakkas soojuspump ka peale mürisemeise sooja puhuma. Millegipärast oli broneerimise hetkel aadressiks Vanapargi 11 ja ka aadressile kohale jõudes telefoni teel öeldi sama aadress, kuigi aadressi kaardil polnud. Isegi kui küsisin telefoni teel mõnd muud aadressi, mis oleks lähedal, siis ei osatud seda öelda. Telefoni teel siiski juhatati mind kohale ja krundi aial oli hoopis Vanapargi 6 ja veel teise tänava aadress. Kõle oli see, et hoovi pool olid ainult õhukesed kardinad köögi poolel. Majja sisse astudes tuli kohe vastu kopitanud hais. Korter ise ei haisenud. Köögis oli veekeedukann nii must, et ei julgenud seda kasutada. Tegime vett pliidil potis.
