Die Lage! Du gehst aus dem Haus und bist am Meer. Sauberes kleines Apartment, perfekt für den Urlaub direkt am Meer. Lebensmittelgeschäft gleich daneben und eine Pizzeria unten drunter.
Die Lüftung der Pizzeria läuft abends hörbar

Nice, modern and stylish apartment. Alex was responsive and very helpful with everything. The apartment is in a great location right by the beach. There’s a big supermarket and plenty of restaurants next to it. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay again next time I’m in Durres.

l’appartamento si vede che è stato ristrutturato da poco, è molto accogliente e si trova in una zona di Durazzo molto comoda, a pochi passi dai supermercati e da dove prendere il bus.. senza contare che sotto l’appartamento hai due ristoranti dove poter andare se non ci si vuole spostare molto in là. I proprietari gentilissimi e cordiali, che ci hanno fatto sentire come fossimo stati a casa nostra. Consigliatissimo, specie per il prezzo veramente ottimo
Ci sono stati alcuni problemi tecnici come le chiavi che non aprivano più la porta o un problema con la caldaia ma niente che non si potesse risolvere, i proprietari ci hanno aiutato subito appena li abbiamo contattati. Problemi che possono capitare perciò per noi non è considerabile una vera pecca riguardo il nostro soggiorno
