Sehr schönes großes Loft in der Altstadt, und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von Bahnhof und Bushof entfernt. Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe durch Schlüsselsafe.
Schlafbereich ohne zu öffnendes Fenster, Rauchmelder nur im Wohnbereich. Nur eine defekte Nachttischlampe, kein weiterer Lichtschalter und keine Steckdose in Bettnähe. Küche generell sehr gut ausgestattet, aber kein Spülschwamm oder Bürste, kein Geschirrhandtuch. Vorhandenes Klimagerät im Wohnbereich kompliziert zu bedienen, im Schlafbereich lediglich vorhandener Ventilator. In der Gesamtschau aber nur unbedeutende Mängel.

Geräumige schöne stylische Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung.
Reinigung der Wohnung ungenügend! Küche, Bad… Schränke, Kommoden. Kühlschrank noch mit Essen, wie Käse und Karotten sowie halbvolle Weinflasche gefüllt. Badezimmer ohne Licht, da die Leuchten über der Glasdecke defekt. Heizung an de Wandschrägen lässt sich nicht regulieren, da es keine Beschreibung der Funktion gibt. Bettwäsche/Handtücher-Ausstattung seltsam…Beleuchtung des großen Bereichs von Wohn-, Ess- und Küchen einen Lichtschalter. Viele Deckenleuchte defekt. Es gibt noch weitere Punkt…
