Apartamento Sunset One Lanzarote

Appartamento veramente molto carino, è presente tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima dal mio punto di vista. Dal mio punto di vista ha dei piccoli difetti che però vengono nascosti dal buonissimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Unica pecca non c'è una porta tra bagno e camera e non ci sono finestre se non la vetrata laterale.

L’appartamento è esattamente come in foto, molto accogliente e ideale per un viaggio di piacere di qualche giorno. La cucina è fornita dell’essenziale per fare dei pasti semplici se lo si desidera. Inoltre il posto auto riservato per l’appartamento è stato molto apprezzato.

L’acqua calda della doccia purtroppo finiva molto in fretta, non bastava per fare due docce veloci. Bisognerebbe sistemare l’ingresso al parcheggio poiché la discesina era un pochino dissestata, c’era il rischio di rovinare l’auto presa in noleggio.

El apartamento es nuevo, muy completo y la ubicación perfecta. Ideal para ir solo o en pareja. Estaba muy limpia. La zona muy tranquila.

Everything is new, the kitchen is fully equipped. Nice terrace outside with table and chairs. Not noisy at all despite the closeness to the main road. Private parking.

From the pictures it is not understandable that the toilet is not separated from the bedroom. There is no wall, door and privacy at all. Plastic flush cover of the toilet was missing too. The boiler for hot water is too small and you even can't take a full shower. You have to wait for the water to be hot again before finishing. The windows are huge but not openable, only the main door it is. This makes the room really hot and humid during the day due to the hot sun entering and lack of ventilation. Also during the night if you want to have some air the only option is to open the main door or to turn on the air conditioner even if outside is 15°C. The television and the smart TV device don't work.
