Casa Bunicii

Casa este foarte curată și bine întreținută, cu facilități excelente. Proprietarul a fost extrem de atent – a rezolvat rapid o problemă minoră la sistemul de aer al ciubărului, ne-a oferit așternuturi și perne în plus la cerere și ne-a lăsat un coș cu produse tradiționale (inclusiv afinată și pălincă). Totul a fost peste așteptări!

The location was very good and quiet, with lots of space indoors and outdoors for a big group.

Some facilities (sauna) were not available, and we were not informed in advance.

Casa Bunicii este o proprietate foarte confortabilă, bine amenajată, cu tot ce poți avea nevoie pentru o vacanță relaxantă. Fiecare dormitor este cu baie proprie, iar bucătăriile sunt dotate cu tot necesarul. Locuința este bine încălzită, iar foișorul este un loc perfect pentru seri frumoase. Ne bucurăm că am avut parte de zăpadă și am putut să profităm de vremea bună pentru săniuș.

The house is as described, rooms are large hotel-like with own bathrooms, kitchen is generously equipped + additional outdoor kitchen, everything clean. This is perfect, but the reason I believe this property deserves 10+ rating is the service: - on arrival, in the fridge was food. Not your ordinary cheap welcome wine with some snacks. This was something astonishing. I found myself checking the producer website if they deliver internationally (they dont - so I have to return for that ham). - it was mid July, but this is mountains location, and there was a fireplace inside. I asked if I am allowed to make fire, they immediately prepared the wood for us, and started the fire - we were on off-road trip and I forgot to fill the chain-saw oil. I asked the owner if by any chance they have or know where I can buy chainsaw oil. Within 30 minutes of my whatsup message, they arrived at 2200 with the oil. I mean ...imagine yourself with this kind of request in any of your highest star hotels. Good to know: the nice spa area with view is on request and payed extra (not sure how much - we didnt have time for it).
