Tadellose, neuwertige und vollständige Ausstattung, einwandfreie Sauberkeit.
Zufahrt schwierig, Carport für 4 Autos zu eng. Beim Kabel-TV fehlen wichtige Sender wie die ORF-Fernsehprogramme, ZDF, CNN; ARD wurde während meines Aufenthalts abgeschaltet.
