nice one bedroom apartment

The apartment is equipped with all essentials, including oil, seasoning, dishwasher tablet, it is clean, the beds are comfortable, everything is OK

for us it wasn't a problem but just to mention it is located on the second floor without an elevator

Well equipped apartment in central but quiet area

Very nice apartment with good facilities, kitchen and bathroom all well equipped and clean. Nice and quiet during the night and with blinds in front of the windows so the baby slept very well. Very attentive hosts who provided good (self)check-in instructions.

The reason I am only giving a 7 is because of the main bed. I think it’s a sofabed and not a very good quality one, small too (I think 140x190cm). I am so sorry because I loved the apartment but we both slept quite poorly. The bed is too firm and the mattress bends to the middle so you’ll always role to the middle. My husband is 1.95cm and I am 7m pregnant, so we really did not have enough space. Perhaps another couple would have less issues.

Superb location. Perfect for one or two nights.

Residential location. Easy parking in the road. The studio had a big shower room.

I had booked the apartment and studio for friends but when we arrived there were a lot of steep stairs to reach the apartment (I had noted in my booking that I walk with a cane). Thankfully, I was able to swap with our friends so stayed in the studio. A shelf by the sofa bed would be useful, just enough to put a phone and bottle of water on.

les escaliers :l'appartement est situé au 3eme étage sans ascenseur,l' escalier est ancien ,étroit , en bois il est très difficile de monter avec une valise et le haut est bas de plafond, pour les grands difficile! salle de bain très petite en soupente télévision dans la chambre

Booking nous "vend" en location cet appartement avec une chambre et un lit. Il s'agit d'un mini studio avec canapé lit, dans lequel nous ne pouvons même pas ouvrir une une valise. Voilà, soyez clairs dans votre description de l'appartement. Bien pour un jeune couple avec sacs à dos, mais pas pour un couple de 65 ans. Nous y avons dormi et sommes partis, sans déjeuner, après une toilette de "chat", et sommes directement rentrés chez nous en Bretagne.

Studio bien décoré, parking à proximité, café et thé à disposition, grande salle de bain. Arrivée autonome.

Studio très petit avec BZ à déplier pour dormir qui n’est pas très confortable. Draps pas très agréables. Attention à la tête quand on se lève des toilettes avec le chauffe eau . Logement devant une route assez bruyant.

J'ai aimé la proximité avec la gare et le prix bas ce qui étaient mes critères principaux. Evidemment le fait que le logement était très propre, Par ailleurs les petits gâteaux et le café offerts ce fût une bonne surprise. Le studio donne sur la rue mais ce n'était pas du tout bruyant, j'ai très bien dormi.

Studio minuscule mais très bien équipé, décoré, accueillant avec des attentions pour les hôtes (petits gâteaux, thé, café), un classeur détaillé pour les visites possibles. Salle de bains propre et fonctionnelle. Un lieu vraiment accueillant.

L'équipement est complet et très correct. Rien a dire pour la propreté le logement est très propre et la salle de bain est très bien.

Le lit est un BZ qui ouvert prend toute la place. Le matelas a un creux pas très confortable Les photos ne correspondent pas au logement. Proche de la route nous entendons les véhicules qui passent très vite

Très bon rapport qualité / prix, appartement cosy et agréable pour un séjour d'affaires

L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et la décoration sobre est très agréable. Merci aux hôtes pour les petites attentions : gâteaux, nécessaire pour cuisiner, ventilateur dans la chambre (températures caniculaires lors de mon séjour).

Un store dans la salle de bains, pour éviter de faire entrer la chaleur, serait le bienvenu. Les sols sont mal insonorisés et j'ai été réveillée par le voisin du dessus à minuit chaque soir... et à 5h30 chaque matin ;-)

Emplacement idéale au centre-ville, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Châtellerault. Studio spacieux et très bien équipé. L'hôte m'a donné toutes les informations dont j'avais besoin pour m'enregistrer avec un code en toute tranquillité.
