Parking zbyt chaotyczny, zarośnięty i niechlujny, utwardzony kamieniem wymaga renowacji. Wejście do budynku od zaplecza restauracji, zniszczone, wąskie a w pewnym miejscu niebezpieczne. Zapachy z restauracji przenikają na taras, a czasami do apartamentu. Łużko w salonie typu rozkladana leżanka. Rozmiar pokoju średni, mógłby większy.
