Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten, Zwei separate Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit eigenem Badezimmer, Restaurant im Erdgeschoss, Sehr großes Wohnzimmer, Wohnungen für die Familie.
Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss kann für kleine Kinder etwas gefährlich sein, Bei geöffneten Fenstern ist es etwas laut von der Straße.
