The size of the apartment and having ALL the facilities at hand in the flat to cook, wash, relax. Sophie was very reactive and helpful. We liked El Cotillo, the beautiful beach at 5 min, the great supermarket down the road and the little local shops nearby (including agroecological products): it was also easy to park closeby. My kids voted it as their best place :)
There is a bit of noise at night, but after a big day at the beach or visiting, it does not disturb too much the sleep.

Spacious living room area ,comfortable beds
Small bathroom , occasional water pressure problems ,outside space not really useable , no air con so windows open meant traffic noises .

Man findet dort alles, was man braucht: genug Geschirr, Putzmittel, genügend Wolldecken und Kissen. Es ist wirklich alles da. auch der Kontakt zu Sophie war perfekt. Vielen Dank dafür.
Das Foto von dem Badezimmer, was man auf Booking sieht, ist nicht mehr aktuell. Das Bad ist vollkommen in Ordnung aber es steht dort keine geschlossene Dusche und auch die Einrichtung des Wohnzimmers hat sich verändert was aber wirklich kein Problem ist. Die Fotos sollten aktualisiert werden.
