Największym plusem apartamentu jest jego lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko do plaży i portu a co za tym idzie do restauracji, straganów z pamiątkami czy lodziarni.W pobliżu znajduje się także piekarnia i dwa małe sklepy ogólnospożywcze. Bardzo mili właściciele.
Cena jest zbyt wysoka w stosunku do jakości apartamentu. Wyposażenie kuchni jest bardzo wybrakowane i przestarzałe. Nie ma za bardzo na czym przygotowywać posiłków. Armatura prysznicowa popsuta. Klimatyzacja ledwo zipie. Ogólnie apartament jest niezbyt czysty i zaniedbany.
