What a lovely place to stay! Such a kind and welcoming host. The room, bathroom and entire space are very clean. The bed is comfortable with air temperature/ flow in the room capable of being adjusted with an air conditioner or large fan. There is a lovely balcony off the bedroom that you can relax on and also hang your laundry.
I was able to leave my tour bicycle in the garage making an easy entry and exit.
I highly recommend this gem!

Excellent relaxed stay! Lovely big balcony, which I enjoyed sitting out on with a book and wine after a night in the Plaza.
Host was very friendly and helpful; I got the impression that nothing would be too much problem. He also spoke fluent English (and Dutch), which is a rarity in Águilas.
The property is about 5 minutes walk from both the beach and the Plaza, with bars and pastelarias close by.
This will be my first call next time I'm visiting Águilas.
Difficult to find fault. The accommodation is up 2 flights, which wasn't a problem for me, but might be for some (I'm pretty sure the host would take your bags up if needed).
And there wasn't much of a view from the balcony, but you can people watch.

La estancia fue bien y correcta, el anfitrión amable, pero por la descripción del inmueble que da en booking, me esperaba algo distinto. Teniamos una terraza para nosotros solos. Y otro punto a su favor poder aparcar el coche en su parquing.
No me gustó que el baño estuviera fuera de la habitación, es la casa del propietario, la habitación está en el segundo piso, pero el baño queda en el pasillo, por lo que al ir al baño debes pasar por la escalera que es de la casa. No necesitamos ni usamos la TV, pero estaba dentro de un mueble que si hubieramos querido verla era imposible, creo que deberia adaptar un poco el mobiliario a la oferta que da. La ropa del baño y la cama, estaba limpia pero era muy antigua.
