Tolles Frühstück, supernette Gastgeber Metin und Oktay :-) sehr gute Lage, Strand ist zu Fuß ca. 45-60 Minuten (strammer Marsch zuerst von den Bungalows zu den Dünen und dann über die Dünen) entfernt. Auto ist aus unserer Sicht unbedingt notwendig. Hütte ausreichend ausgestattet, es hat alles funktioniert, zum Selberkochen nur rudimentäre Grundausstattung vorhanden.

Hosts were amazing and the breakfast was authentic and delicious. Bed was very comfortable and the location was very peaceful. Patara beach (the locals access) was spectacular and virtually empty.

The failure of electricity with no back up, meant that there was no AC in a very hot living space. No running water in toilet or bathroom sink whilst there was no electricity. Unable to cook, access WiFi, make a hot drink or keep drinks/food in the fridge cold. The owner did their best to keep us up to date about when electricity would be back on, but this was a guess at best. It was impossible to stay in the property in these conditions despite initially booking the property for the sole purpose of relaxing and switching off. We had to travel to another town for the day (thank goodness we’d hired a car), whilst the problem was rectified. We felt it appropriate to look into booking another hotel as a back up because the owner couldn’t specify when the problem would be resolved. However, we don’t need to resort to this as after 8 hours, the electricity came back on.
