La habitación es un sencillo cuarto en un primer piso. Tiene dos camas cómodas, una alta y otra a nivel del piso ya que se saca de abajo de la primera. El baño está bien y la cocinita útil. La ubicación es genial, a una cuadra del mar del lado Este de la isla y a tres o cuatro cuadras de la punta norte, y tres cuadras de la calle peatonal principal. Es muy tranquilo y silencioso. El aire acondicionado funciona bien.
Lo que menos me gustó es que al edificio en general y al cuarto en particular le falta bastante mantenimiento: piso de la escalera y terracita en muy malas condiciones, paredes sucias, muebles descascarados. No hace a la funcionalidad pero se ve feo. No pudimos ver nunca tele porque el control remoto nunca funcionó. No es accesible para personas con alguna discapacidad motriz, la escalera es muy alta y estrecha.

Half block to Malecon, 4 blocks straight to Ferry. Location is excelent. The kitchen perfect for a long stay.

Location was near most things but still quiet. Price was lower than other places in the area near Playa Norte.
It was a bit outdated, check-in wasn’t very clear, we saw some ants in the kitchen and it wasn’t very clean. It was still probably overpriced but at least it had AC.
