A szállás csendes környéken van, előtte egy park, ahová még kis is lehet ülni. Elsőre úgy tűnt, messze van a sétáló utca, de nem a Germering úton kell menni, hanem a kis patak/csatorna mellett. 10-15 perc alatt elérhető a Tagore sétány. A szállásadóval mindent meg lehetett előre beszélni, nagyon segítőkész. A wifi kiváló. Az ebédlőasztalnál is kényelmesen elfértünk négyen. Felújított, tiszta, rendben tartott szállás. Földszinten van, a terasz redőnnyel zárható. A teraszon is székek, asztal. A kis szárító is nagyon jól jött. Használtuk. A parkoló is közel van. A folyosó üveg ablakain keresztül a lakásajtóból látható a járművünk. Összességében ennyiért nagyon jó szállás.
