Ich finde das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis unangemessen.
Das separate Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer.
Die Lage hat uns nicht gefallen. Es lag sowohl an einer stark befahrenen Straße und sehr nahe an der Bahnlinie. Alle 3-5 Minuten fährt ein Zug. Es ist daher sehr laut rund um die Uhr. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr muffig. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer ist sehr verschmutzt am Ablauf. Wir mussten den Abflussdeckel mit Messern hochheben. Die Mikrowelle ist stark verschmutzt. Der Backofen funktioniert nicht. Die Lage ist etwas ab vom Schuss. Zum Strand zu Fuß 20 Minuten, in den Ort 30 Minuten.
