It's an awesome house with a perfect terrace for gatherings, a hot tub, kitchen, clean and new rooms, air conditioning, very nice furniture. Easy to use facilities, e.g. one key for everything, remote control for each air conditioning unit in each room, space for 2 cars inside the gate, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer...etc.
Some minor suggestions: - Checkout time could be later, have to wake up very early on a weekend to leave by 10, would help even if it's pushed to 11 AM. - An extractor fan would make sure food smell doesn't go up to the rooms. - equiping the ikea drawers and ikea cabinet doors with soft closing device and soft closing hinges would make it even better quality
