L'emplacement, lieu à proximité des commerces, plage et restaurants, l'appartement est fonctionnel, bien équipé
Mal isolé, on entend les voisins faire l'apéro, l'hôte était plutôt absent, le ménage est fait dans l'ensemble pour l'essentiel après ça laisse à désirer, rideau de douche moisi ainsi que quelques endroits au plafond. Il fait vite chaud à l'intérieur, dommage qu'il n'y ait que les ventilateurs
