I wish the room service option was bigger however they do have unlimited buffet service also maybe a mini microwave

Presentation, taste, service, timing, and atmosphere, amongst other things.
The birds in the outside breakfast areas. What may help would be scare crows, and removing the Splenda that they love. The birds were annoying not only to us, but to a number of other guests.
