+ The apartment was very clean
+ Very nice kitchen with everything what is needed or even more
- the washing machine did not work, I did report it but the contact with the company was not always smooth. I was there for quite a long time and this was a huge disadvantage, that I was planning and choosing accommodation specifically to have it and I did not
- the time when pool is open is not specified and it is not possible to find out when exactly you can use it
- the contact with the company - sometimes they responded immediately and sometimes I could wait for a few weeks and there was no contact.
- we had an event with data leak. Booking told us it was renting company fault.
