We had a comfortable but basic stay at the apartment

Apartment is on top landing which has 34 steps up to gain entry to it which is not mentioned on the booking site . Therefore unsuitable for people any kind of disability.

Comfortable apartment but certainly not what I would describe as “Executive “ Basic equipment only supplied . No welcome pack supplied . Minimal essentials only provided.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment was very comfortable and we would love to come back.

The apartment was in a great location close to the town centre, beach and golf courses. The apartment was modern, stylish, very clean and had all the facilities we required for our stay (washing up liquid, hand soap, some toiletries and plenty of kitchen utensils) The bedding and towels were 5 star hotel quality.

We had a very pleasant stay in Troon and would definitely use the apartment again if we are in the area.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a good location.

The lounge curtains need cleaning as they have black stains on them which is only visible when pulled. The bath was very slow to fill and even slower to empty! It took approximately 4 hours to empty after a shallow bath.

The property was better than expected and in a superb location. It was very clean, well furnished and equipped and was perfect for our group of 4.

The beds were too soft for my personal liking but this is a very personal matter

Very enjoyable stay

The brightness of the apartment, the kitchen was great, good proximity to shops, nice beach views. Apartment contained pretty much everything we needed! It was well-designed.

There was no hook on the back of the bathroom doors to place clothes on. Also the kitchen and bedroom windows were very dirty and spoiled the beautiful view a bit!

The Apartment was modern and was in a very good location. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were useful to help us get ready to go out

NO LIFT, 3 Ladies all 70 + with recent knee replacements, trying to lug cases and shopping up 4 flights of stairs !!! . Vacuum cleaner was left full.
